About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Consultant to join our team at Rogers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships in the SMB segment within the GTA and SWO regions.
Sales Objectives:
- You will actively prospect into net new and existing clients to promote and sell Rogers solutions, increasing overall penetration within your defined addressable territory.
- You will research prospective customers to identify contacts and roles within the decision-making centre.
- You will utilize social media and various creative customer engagement methods to gain alignment across the organization on account strategy.
- You will act as an ambassador of Rogers to our clients, providing them with superior world-class customer experience to maximize client retention rates and promote the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing the right solution for clients' evolving business requirements with a customer-first approach.
- Building trust, loyalty, and solid long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sharing ideas by actively participating in regular sales meetings and fulfilling required sales administrative duties (CRM) to support your role.
What You Bring:
- A proven track record of success as a top-performing sales professional.
- Valid drivers license.
- Post-secondary education in business or related discipline is preferred.
- Three years of business sales experience, preferably within a communications, information, or technology organization.
- Technical background in infrastructure services, with a background in network and data centre technologies is an asset.
