About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Canada Inc. as a valued member of our support staff. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a fast-paced environment providing technical assistance to users with their computer-related issues.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and providing training and advice to users in response to identified difficulties. Additionally, you will be required to set up equipment for employee use, perform or ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software, and provide customer service.

Computer and Technology Skills

You will have experience with word processing software, business diagram software, MS Office, and MS Windows. You must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Conditions and Physical Demands

This role is based in a consulting firm setting, where you will work closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues. You will be required to sit for extended periods and may be exposed to repetitive tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a College/CEGEP education and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field. You must also be willing to relocate and have a valid work permit (if applicable).

Compensation and Benefits
