  1. As a key member of the Clicked Minds Innovation team, the Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating team information flow and ensuring seamless communication among team members.
  2. Key tasks will include opening and distributing mail, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and recording meeting minutes and preparing reports.
  3. The ideal candidate will have 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. They will be responsible for scheduling appointments and confirming them, answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  5. Additional responsibilities will include responding to employee questions and complaints, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and arranging travel and making reservations.
  6. As a customer-facing role, the Business Operations Coordinator will be expected to provide excellent customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  7. Key competencies for the role include attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, and strong multitasking skills.
