At MNP, we're not just a consulting organization – we're a partner in innovation. As a Senior Consultant, Digital Advisory, you'll join our Federal Digital Advisory team in Ottawa, where you'll help public sector clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

With a strong background in business and technology, you'll lead the delivery of advisory consulting services, including digital transformation strategy and planning, technology solution selection, and program and project leadership. Your expertise will enable clients to anticipate, innovate, and adapt to fast-changing digital landscapes.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with senior business and technology leaders to develop and implement recommendations that drive meaningful results. Your strong listening skills and critical thinking capabilities will be essential in formulating impactful client recommendations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, public administration, or computer science. You'll also require demonstrable experience in project management, business analysis, and systems analysis, as well as applicable designations or certifications.

As a bilingual Senior Consultant, you'll possess excellent verbal communication capabilities and strong computer literacy, including effective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Canadian Federal Security clearance is also required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of advisory consulting services, including digital transformation strategy and planning, technology solution selection, and program and project leadership.
  • Participate in challenging and often unique engagements with clients, bringing your experience with senior business and technology leaders to these discussions.
  • Develop and implement recommendations that drive meaningful results, create value, optimize performance, reduce costs, enhance growth, and mitigate risk.
  • Design, develop, format, and proofread professional reports, proposals, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Deliver formal presentations and reports for client engagements.
  • Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plans.
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients and colleagues across multiple practices.
  • Support the continuous improvement of frameworks, methodologies, and other tools.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, public administration, or computer science.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management, business analysis, and systems analysis.
  • Applicable designations or certifications, such as PMP, CBAP, ITIL, TOGAF, or Prosci, are considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Five (5) or more years of consulting experience, ideally in a public sector environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including effective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication capabilities.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
  • Canadian Federal Security clearance, or the ability to obtain clearance, is required for this position.
