Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with show booking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide back-of-house services for clients, internal stakeholders, and live nation partnership stakeholders.
  • Oversee hospitality for performing artists and execute assigned back-of-house resources for events and shows.
  • Ensure consistency and quality service standards are met, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and artists.
  • Respond to general inquiries and serve as a point of contact for key third-party partners and service providers.
  • Maintain positive communication with clients and internal departments.
  • Coordinate artist rider hospitality needs and ensure all invoices/receipts are submitted for processing.
  • Keep internal departments and talent informed of event requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating show setups, floor maps, and event management tasks.
  • Work on assigned show days to ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements

  • College or university diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid full G driver's license required.
  • Smart Serve Certification or ability to achieve required.
  • Previous administration experience and hospitality services preferred.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with event management software an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Work Environment

  • Work within a 24/7 operation with flexible hours when required.
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to our organization.
