Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving data-led decision-making through data analytics, data mining, data visualization, data tools, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong business and financial acumen, with 5-8 years of experience in business analytics or data management. They will also have expertise in BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake or QlikView, and advanced SQL skills for complex queries, data extraction, and data manipulation.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data strategies align with business objectives and overall Company strategy. You will also oversee the development of automated performance reports tailored to internal partners, such as executive leadership, operations, and finance teams.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement the data governance framework
  • Develop and execute a Business Intelligence and Analytics strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and supports a high level of data quality
  • Investigate and identify the most appropriate business intelligence and data visualization tool(s) for the organization
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by training team members to understand and use data, assisting in the interpretation of analytics, and preparing executive reports to provide clear updates and insights
  • Lead data integration efforts across multiple platforms, including internal and external databases
  • Contribute to a Master data management strategy with a focus on defining sources of record
