Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of common acute illnesses and stable chronic conditions.
- Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform specific procedures as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree.
- Three (3) years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) and Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C).
- Excellent decision-making, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to competently use computers and software applications.
