Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of 1-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to ensure accurate financial records
    • Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
