ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Analyst at UniUni Logistics, you will be responsible for:
- Quickly understanding business needs and translating them into data, developing and optimizing logistics data dashboards and data analysis systems, supporting data-driven operations, and enhancing business decision-making efficiency.
- Developing diverse data analysis methodologies and producing analytical reports during regular operations and peak periods, deeply analyzing and identifying business issues, opportunities, and breakthroughs, and collaborating on horizontal optimization.
- Collaborating with data product and algorithm teams to build multi-dimensional analysis, offline modeling, and visualization tools to uncover opportunities, identify risks, provide predictive warnings, and evaluate ROI, thereby enhancing data application value.
- Utilizing industry, business, operational, and experiential perspectives to proactively discover opportunities through business insights, data analysis, and data modeling, formulating methodologies, and proposing solutions and implementation plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Business Analysis.
- Extensive experience in commercial analysis with strong business acumen and data sensitivity, capable of developing comprehensive data analysis strategies and solutions, and driving their implementation to achieve results.
- Proficient in AWS cloud services and SQL, capable of extracting key results from large datasets, with strong data analysis skills and extensive experience in commercial data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent logical thinking and rapid learning abilities, capable of quickly acquiring and adapting to new domain knowledge, adept at deconstructing complex problems and applying analytical methods to solve them in a work setting.
- Self-driven with strong teamwork spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to communicate and drive projects across functions and departments.
The hiring range for this position ranges from CA$76,000 - CA$90,000. Your actual level and salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
