We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Access Research. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compiling data, statistics and other information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries and greet people, directing them to contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, database software, and MS Office to perform tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
