Job Title: Administrative Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Technician to join our team at EightSix Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, organizing, and controlling of administrative work
  • Participate in meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Prepare schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Administration or equivalent
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Language: Fluent in English and Cree; fluency in French is an asset
