Job Description

At Electronic Arts, we're seeking a skilled Sr Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Desktop Support Engineering team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees. Your primary focus will be on imaging, new machine setup, PC refreshes, hardware replacements, software licensing, and providing tier 3 IT support. You'll also be involved in incident management, responding to, tracking, resolving, and performing root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring issues.

We're looking for a motivated individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. As a Sr Desktop Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement technical solutions through automation, scripting, and engineering best practices. You'll also be responsible for creating tools and scripts to assist with routine and complex maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Desktop Support Engineering team to deliver exceptional IT support services
  • Provide tier 3 technical support for escalated tickets
  • Develop and implement technical solutions through automation, scripting, and engineering best practices
  • Create tools and scripts to assist with routine and complex maintenance tasks
  • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, site IT, and global IT functions
  • Develop and maintain documentation of systems and processes
