Job Title: Operations Leader - Weekend Shift

At Bison Transport, we are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team in a Weekend Shift role. As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the weekend operations team, ensuring seamless execution of business processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the weekend operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of business processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
