At Arctic Co-ops, we pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding shopping experience tailored to our community's needs. We are in search of an enthusiastic and effective leader to manage our grocery store operations.
Position Overview:
- Oversee and manage the daily functions of the grocery store departments
- Provide strategic guidance to team leaders and staff for optimal performance
- Work closely with the General Manager and Department Heads to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations
- Deliver strong leadership and support to department heads and their teams
- Encourage a culture of collaboration and ongoing enhancement
- Effectively manage resources to achieve financial objectives
- Ensure departments meet financial goals and manage inventory efficiently
- Uphold quality standards, compliance, and foster positive employee relations
