About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You'll be responsible for monitoring and controlling all operations within the distribution center, including trailer arrivals and departures, data entry, and document preparation. Your primary objective will be to maintain accurate records, ensure efficient operations, and provide timely information to clients and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control distribution center activities to ensure seamless operations;
  • Enter data electronically to track and analyze operational activities;
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients and internal teams through verbal and written communication;
  • Coordinate product positioning within the distribution center according to allocation and volume requirements;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and product requests;
  • Support the receipt and shipping process to meet customer demands;
  • Verify trailer requests against planned shipments and quantities;
  • Assist the team in planning daily activities by entering relevant data electronically;
  • Tackle discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner;
  • Promptly prepare necessary documentation for gatehouse personnel and ensure accuracy;
  • Share shipping and reception information with relevant parties;
  • Produce, print, and transmit required reports;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management to ensure the success of the distribution center.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in office automation tools;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment (FedEx Supply Chain experience is a plus);
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • An analytical mindset with initiative, organization, and analysis capabilities;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • Autonomy, versatility, and adaptability;
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn various software applications;
  • Stress tolerance;
  • Dedication to quality and accuracy in data entry;
  • Commitment to adhering to procedures;
  • Effective listening and communication skills;
  • Ability to work rotating schedules (day, evening, and weekend shifts).
Salary Information

As a Warehouse Coordinator at FedEx Supply Chain, you can expect a competitive hourly rate ranging from $21.00 to $26.35, depending on your location and experience.
