Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Gets Immigration Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record management and access to information
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
