Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Responsive Logistics. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with team members.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, client-focused, reliable, accountable, and quick learner.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Language:

The primary language of work is English, and the work schedule is 35 to 40 hours per week.
