About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Animal Health Technician to join our Toxicology team in Laval. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our laboratory animals and the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect biological samples (blood, urine, etc.)
  • Collect data (body weight, food consumption, clinical signs, etc.)
  • Administer injections (subcutaneous, intramuscular, etc.)
  • Ensure animal room cleanliness
Requirements
  • College Diploma in Animal Health, Bioecology, or a related Animal Science discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in biology or a related discipline
  • Good observation skills
  • Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.)
  • Understanding of written English is mandatory; bilingualism in French and English is preferable
