**Job Summary**
The Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse is a key member of the healthcare team at St. Boniface Hospital, providing high-quality patient care and leading the way in clinical practice.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional registered nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
- Administer prescribed medical treatments and coordinate patient care and discharge.
- Lead the healthcare team and provide a leadership role in the delivery of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
**Requirements**
- Recent surgical nursing experience is required.
- Graduate of an approved registered nursing education program is required.
- Current CRNM registration is required.
- Active participation in professional associations is preferred.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
