Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, managing our sales team, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the organization's sales plan and related budget, ensuring integration of the 1,000-day, 300-day, and 100-day strategic planning process
- Develop the sales team to deliver their highest potential and exceed sales targets
- Market and sell our hotel packages, group rates, and other revenue streams to maximize revenue
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Operations and Happiness Hub to ensure seamless sales technology and process integration
- Regularly communicate with all hotels and ROAR to ensure effective sales coordination and execution
- Background in the hotel industry with experience in senior sales management
- Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree is an asset
- Strong understanding of Revenue Management strategies and data analysis
- Proficient in MS Office, Property Management systems, and other sales software
