Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Program Manager to join our IT team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage the recruitment budget and ensure effective use of resources
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the recruitment team
- 7-10 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to effectively manage a service team and develop strong working relationships with employees at all levels
- Experience developing trainee programs and working with/mentoring new trainees
