About the Role:
Mach 1 Packaging Ltd. is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for the assembly and maintenance of industrial machine components and final assembly. Your tasks will include preparation of different steel parts for welders, making a weekly follow-up of inventories, maintaining a safe and orderly workspace, receiving deliveries, and assisting in the shipping of machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and maintain industrial machine components and final assembly.
- Prepare different steel parts for welders, including cutting, grinding, and drilling.
- Conduct a weekly inventory check of parts and components.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Receive and inspect deliveries of parts and materials.
- Assist in the shipping of machines.
Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
- Good physical shape is an asset.
- Concern for a job well done without wasting time.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
