Job Title: Market Intelligence Director

Omnitrans is seeking a visionary leader to drive brand growth and market expansion as a Market Intelligence Director. This role requires a strategic-minded individual to devise and implement comprehensive strategies for business development initiatives and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of the market landscape.
  • Formulate business plans using sales arguments and tactics in collaboration with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development & Client Experience.
  • Measure results and modify strategies accordingly.
  • Research and analyze key markets with sales and customer service team members to acquire market intelligence.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business development initiatives via multiple channels and lead action plans.
  • Schedule and attend conventions, conferences, and tradeshows to identify attendees and provide post-event reports.
  • Develop and update competitor databases.
  • Obtain, maintain, analyze, and communicate market-based information for intelligent decision making.
  • Manage RFPs and quarterly business review presentations.
  • Assist in the design and execution of service innovations.
  • Plan and participate in annual sales meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or commerce.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic business & market development.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a creative flair.
  • Comfortable in front of a crowd and/or a prospective client.
  • Innovative thinker with a strong understanding and appreciation for differentiation.
  • Proven storyteller with impeccable writing skills and the ability to create content.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-oriented and committed to excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify root causes and find win/win solutions.
  • Perfectly Bilingual (English and French; written & spoken).
  • Well-organized with an emphasis on prioritization.
