Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Revenue Growth Director to lead our sales department and drive revenue growth at one of our properties. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement sales plans to achieve property objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual booking goals for both self and staff.
- Coach leaders of revenue-generating departments in developing effective revenue strategies and setting aggressive goals.
- Manage the marketing budget to enable development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives.
- Evaluate the property's participation in various sales channels and develop strong working relationships to proactively position and market the property.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
- Demonstrated skills in supervising a team, lodging sales experience, and hotel industry work experience with progressive career growth and exceptional performance.
- An estimated annual salary range of $76,000 to $107,000 based on location and experience.
