Job Title: Head Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Secretary to join our team at the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide various administrative support functions to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Supervisor/Designate and other staff members
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment
  • Ensure the procedures and policies of the Board are followed consistently
  • Oversee assigned responsibilities to other secretaries
  • Maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Secondary School Diploma
  • Four (4) years relevant experience
  • Proficient in the use of Board provided computer-based technologies
  • Experience with Student Information Systems, OnSIS, WebTRACS, Supply Chain process, Megamation, Cash Net
  • First Aid Certification
  • Knowledge in Accounting
  • Effective communication skills
  • Evidence from previous work history of satisfactory attendance and punctuality
