Head Secretary Elementary School

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Head Secretary at one of our elementary schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school community, ensuring the smooth operation of the school office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the school principal and staff
- Manage the school office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, grades, and student information
- Coordinate school events and activities
- Perform other duties as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Range: $1,234.60/week - $1,350.35/week
Location: San Lorenzo Ruiz Catholic Elementary School
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Contract: ASAP to no later than January 31, 2025
