Job Description

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of People & Culture and other team leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Composing and editing correspondence, documents, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment in all interactions.
  • Stewarding budgets, submitting expenses, and organizing meetings and events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma supplemented by post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Adept at balancing multiple tasks and projects while working under pressure.
