Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Execute merchandising strategies to ensure brilliant in-store execution and maximize sales potential.
• Install, replace, and update point-of-sale materials, such as racks, price cards, and display units, according to prior agreements or brand strategies.
• Set up displays that have been previously negotiated at head office or store level, ensuring current point-of-sale materials are visible.
• Verify that Molson products are in full distribution based on store/head office compliance and ensure product rotation to prevent expired products from being sold.
• Check pricing to ensure compliance and correct any discrepancies.
• Monitor and record competitive activity and report accordingly.
• Maintain product quality in assigned accounts by checking for out-of-code products, torn packaging, and other quality issues.
• Manage the shipping and receiving of all point-of-sale materials from the Molson Coors warehouse.
Requirements:
• Possess excellent communication and time management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering results.
• Have a passion for quality beer and a strong understanding of the Molson Coors brand portfolio.
• Be able to learn multiple aspects of merchandising, sales, and operations, with a focus on driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Hold a valid provincial driver's license with no restrictions or limitations.
• Be prepared to undergo a criminal background check and provide a driver's abstract as part of the recruitment process.
