Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate - Swimwear Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs and making personalized product recommendations.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets by promoting our products and services effectively.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment by adhering to our visual merchandising standards and ensuring all products are properly displayed and restocked.
  • Aiding in the preparation and presentation of products for display, including arranging merchandise, replenishing stock, and completing other tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
