About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to work in a dynamic environment where you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, directing clients to our advisors across Canada, handling requests and follow-ups with our insurance partners, and adapting to various situations. Your extensive knowledge of insurance products will be invaluable in assisting clients with their decision-making processes.

What You'll Achieve
  • Ensure an exceptional customer service experience for our clients.
  • Properly direct clients to our advisors active across Canada.
  • Handle requests and follow-ups to confirm with our insurance partners.
  • Adapt to different situations and use your problem-solving skills effectively.
  • Utilize your insurance knowledge to provide expert advice and assist clients in making informed decisions.
Your Team

You'll be part of a talented team within the National Bank Insurance sector, reporting directly to Caroline Tremblay, Director of the National Bank Insurance and Financial Services FBN customer service team. Our team is renowned for its insurance expertise, quality of delivery, customer experience performance, fun atmosphere, and collaborative spirit.

We prioritize ongoing learning and development opportunities, including training content, collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, and staying updated on the latest products, services, and technological advancements. This enables you to continuously grow and enhance your skills and role.

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent academic qualification.
  • Possession of a personal insurance license.
  • Significant customer service experience.
  • A caring attitude with strong empathy for clients.
  • Understanding of Equisoft Connect/Centralize tools (an asset).
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of the individual insurance brokerage field and its products.
  • Openness to change and continuous learning.
