Job Summary
Voyago is seeking a reliable and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time School Bus Driver. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring their safety while boarding and exiting buses, and performing pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport students to and from school in a safe and timely manner
- Ensure students' safety while boarding and exiting buses
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety
- Help fuel and maintain the cleanliness of the bus
- Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
Your Profile
- You are safety-focused and have a strong commitment to ensuring the well-being of students
- You hold a valid minimum full G class driver's license, with preference given to B class drivers
- You are 21 years of age or over
- You are a safe driver with a clean driving record
- You can obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening
- You have a sound knowledge of the local area
- You have the ability to work independently
- You are available for the required shifts: Monday - Friday between 7am - 9am and 2pm - 4pm
- You possess solid communication skills
