Job Summary:

The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Consultant to drive corporate-wide initiatives that enhance the employee experience and organizational culture. This role will design, develop, and execute key initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and onboarding processes, while aligning with the organization's corporate strategy and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the research, design, and implementation of organizational development initiatives and solutions, including corporate recognition programs, employee experience surveys, and enterprise action planning.
  2. Provide expert advice and consultation to the Executive Committee and other Senior Management on various organizational development programs and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Develop and maintain effective knowledge management resources to share program knowledge with others.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as HR Management, Applied Behavioural Sciences, or Industrial Organizational Psychology.
  • At least 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a focus on organizational development, culture, and performance management.
  • Strong business acumen, political acuity, and ability to communicate complex ideas in a persuasive and compelling manner.
  • Experience with project management, change management, and system thinking expertise.
