About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Lead to join our team at BCAA. As a Change Lead, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change management across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive organizational change strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create change action plans tailored to specific team needs
  • Apply a structured methodology to lead organizational change activities for various initiatives
  • Partner with the Corporate Communications team to develop communications that create awareness and build commitment among impacted personas
  • Develop and deliver the Change Leadership Program to enhance internal change management capabilities
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree, along with a minimum two years of experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Bonus qualification: Change Management (CMP) or PROSCI certification
  • Deep understanding of BCAA business and processes
  • Strong analytical abilities for conducting detailed change impact analyses and recommending actions and mitigations
  • Consistent record in facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience providing change management advisory and coaching
  • Familiarity with creative tools and technologies for communications, engagement, and training
