Job Overview:

In a fast-paced environment at Global Pharma Tek, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead complex projects from conception to completion. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring seamless project execution.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will have a solid background in project management principles, with experience working on large-scale projects within public safety radio and/or telecommunications and IT infrastructure fields. Your exceptional organizational skills, combined with strong communication abilities, will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential roadblocks and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Foster relationships with key partners, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in project coordination, with a focus on public safety radio and/or telecommunications and IT infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining open lines of communication with the leadership team.
