Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial transactions, including accounts payable and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices, checks, and other financial documents
  • Manage and reconcile sub-ledger accounts to general ledger
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues
  • Prepare and process expense reports and payroll

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles
  • Proficient in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage 50
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
