Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a customer journey mapping strategy to enhance customer experience and increase customer lifetime value.
- Lead the implementation of our Customer Data Platform to leverage customer data and create personalized customer experiences.
- Manage and execute personalization and A/B testing initiatives across various channels to optimize customer engagement and conversion.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of personalized offers and promotions to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Support the development of a data-driven offer personalization strategy for professional clientele.
- Define key segments and models for optimal targeting of current and potential customers.
- Build and execute measurement plans for all tests and customer journeys, presenting regular reports on program performance.
- Evaluate ongoing initiative performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-functional coordination between analysis, marketing, category, product teams, and media agencies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Science.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leveraging digital and email campaign platforms to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, web analytics tools, search engine marketing (SEM), display media, and social media.
- Proficiency in CMS, email campaigns, digital analytics, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the furniture industry is a plus.
- Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and data.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English-French).
- Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with various internal collaborators.
