Job Summary

As a Home Building Specialist at Western 1 Drywall Ltd., you will be responsible for planning and preparing work schedules, inspecting subcontractors' work, and managing budgets. You will also perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities, recruit and supervise staff, and develop and implement business plans. Additionally, you will prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects, and work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare work schedules
- Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
- Plan and manage budgets
- Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff
- Develop and implement business plans
- Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
- Work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications

Requirements

- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
- On-site work required, with no option for remote work
