Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a member of the healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote health and healing.
  • Provide education to patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management.
Requirements
  • Practical Nursing diploma
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
  • Valid driver's license (where required)
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
  • Full scope of practice and Current CPR Certification
