Job Title: Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Ayman Soliman Medicine Professional Corp.

Job Summary:

The Office Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to administrative challenges.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, database software, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
