Accounting Clerk

Elevation Pictures Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management: Process weekly cheque deposits, summarize expected cash flow, and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Accounts Payable: Process AP bills, review vendor aging, and complete verbal confirmation of banking information with new vendors.
  • Accounts Receivable: Maintain the Box Office inbox, data entry of Box Office Reports, and weekly invoicing of independent theatres and other customers.
  • Ad Hoc: Assist in quarterly royalty reporting, support the distribution team during quarterly close process, and assist with recurring audit support.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
