Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Team in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing our Quality Management System (QMS) to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Leading the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program to ensure food safety and quality.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track product quality and compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
- Three to five years' experience in plant production or quality supervision.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance programs such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
- Cost management and project management skills.
- Proficiency with standard office computer technology and business systems like SAP.
