We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Ekam Plumbing & Heating Ltd.


The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and preparing other financial reports.


This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week.

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Tasks:

    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
    • Post journal entries
    • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
    • Prepare tax returns
    • Prepare trial balance of books
    • Manage accounts payable
    • Manage accounts receivable
    • Work Term: Permanent
