Omni-Channel Fulfillment Associate

At London Drugs Limited, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Omni-Channel Fulfillment Associate. This role will play a critical part in supporting our evolving business across our omni-channel store and eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and prepare online orders for customer and delivery driver pick-up in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Entry-level computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Initiative to isolate and solve problems.
  • Good communication skills when dealing with customers and within a team environment.
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills combined with sound judgment.
