Fulfillment Operations Specialist

At London Drugs Limited, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Omni-Channel Fulfillment Associate. This role will play a critical part in supporting our evolving business across our omni-channel store and eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick and prepare online orders for customer and delivery driver pick-up in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- High School Diploma.
- Previous retail experience.
- Entry-level computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Initiative to isolate and solve problems.
- Good communication skills when dealing with customers and within a team environment.
- Creative and strategic problem-solving skills combined with sound judgment.
