Infrastructure Compliance Specialist

About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Contract Administration team in the Transportation sector. As a Junior Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing and documenting contractor compliance with contractual requirements.
Your key responsibilities
- Take accurate measurements of work performed by contractors to ensure accurate payments.
- Prepare daily site observation reports and maintain a photograph log.
- Assist in preparing internal and external reports to clients.
- Review contractor submissions for compliance with contractual obligations.
- Verify contractor employee qualifications and certifications.
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate from a Civil Technician or Technologist program.
- Registration or ability to register with OACETT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to environmental, health, and safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Able to work overtime and travel to construction sites.
