Brian Perry Civil, a specialist ground engineering and civil construction company, is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to join their Central Team in Hamilton or Tauranga.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of complex civil projects across structures, 3 waters, earthworks, roading, and drainage. As a Site Engineer, you will manage engineering construction processes, ensuring compliance with construction, safety, and financial standards. Your key responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and controlling technical and engineering aspects of designated project works.

Your Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (degree or diploma).
  • Ideal 3+ years of Civil Engineering experience delivering infrastructure projects across 3 waters, foundations, transportation, and ports & marine.
  • Experience managing project resources, including materials and teams/crews.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • A strong focus on cost control and quality outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the capacity to work under pressure and resolve issues.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety.
