We are a dynamic and growing restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Evaluation
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated effectively.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing and Customer Service
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage and analyze data, create reports, and communicate with staff and customers.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Ensure that transportation and travel arrangements are made as needed to support business operations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
    • Work under pressure to meet customer demands and maintain a high level of service.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate accurate and efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
    • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
    • Display flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs.
    • Be organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve business objectives.
  • Government Programs
    • Recognize and comply with government programs and regulations to maintain a positive reputation and avoid non-compliance issues.
  • Experience
    • Have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Be willing to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
