We are seeking a skilled Menu Planner and Food Safety Specialist to join our team at Wild Bill's Bistro.
About the JobThis is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and requisitioning supplies. They will also be in charge of preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
