About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef Leader to join our team at JEMO Foods Inc.
Job Summary
The Executive Chef Leader will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, including training and development
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food products
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock and sales
- Ensure quality control standards are met and address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role in a commercial kitchen environment
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with kitchen management software and inventory control systems
What We Offer:
