Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Luna.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food production.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage kitchen staff in preparing and cooking meals
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Train and develop staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering, and budgeting
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
- Standing for extended periods and working in a team-oriented setting
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
