Job Summary

The Gucci Client Advisor is a key role within G Boutiques Inc., responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth. As a luxury sales professional, you will be the face of the brand, promoting Gucci's philosophy and values to our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets, developing and enhancing business opportunities.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of Gucci's products and brand heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring exceptional customer service and quality of sales.
  • Capture meaningful client data to inform future development opportunities and build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring timely follow-up on sales and client requests.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and luxury market developments, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of client data and store assets.
  • Contribute to maintaining visual display standards and store organization.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
